"Zen Shiatsu is restoring the energy balance between Yin and Yang"
Traditional Thai Massage
Traditional Thai Massage (Nuad Bo Rarn) is the ancient massage which has its roots in Ayurvedic medicine and Yoga. It is a Buddhist practice in which Yoga, meditation and acupressure (by fingers, hands, elbows, knees and feet) are combined. The result is deep relaxation and increased flexibility. Energy blockages are released, bounderies dissolve and deep healing occurs in a space of presence and meditation.
Thai massage is particularly helpful in relieving headaches, migraines, arthritis, back pain and many other conditions. It reduces stress and anxiety and it helps boost inner energy levels. Both masseur and client are fully dressed, wearing comfortable clothes.
